Quantum is a software development company that provides AI solutions, operational platforms, and digital systems for private organizations, consumers, and government institutions. In every engagement, we are committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data entrusted to us.

This policy applies to:

• Quantum’s official website and contact / inquiry forms.
• Software platforms and products that we develop or manage.
• Support, implementation, and managed services activities involving B2B client data, B2C end users, or B2G operational data.

For certain government projects or enterprise contracts, additional terms in the cooperation agreement may apply and bind the parties specifically.

The types of data we may process include:

• Identity & contact data: name, work email, phone number, job title, and organization name.
• Client business / operational data: information required for implementation, integration, analytics, or technical support within the contracted scope.
• Technical data: system logs, IP addresses, device types, and usage metadata needed for security and service improvement.
• Communication content: inquiry messages, attachments, or discussion notes with the Quantum team.

We do not request data that is irrelevant to our services. For B2G and mission-critical sectors, data access is governed by need-to-know principles and layered access controls.

• Providing technical support, training, and managed services.

Client data remains the client’s property. Quantum processes data only according to agreed instructions and scope.

• Implementation partners jointly designated with the client for project needs.
• Competent authorities when required by applicable laws and regulations.

Any third-party data processor must meet equivalent security standards and process data only for the specified purposes.

Data is retained for as long as needed for service delivery, contractual obligations, audits, or legal requirements. Once no longer needed—or upon client request under the contract—data will be deleted, anonymized, or returned securely.

Subject to applicable rules, you may request to:

• Request restriction of processing or deletion, to the extent permitted by law.
• Withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent.

For data managed on behalf of an organization client (B2B/B2G), requests should preferably be submitted through that organization’s authorized representative.
