By accessing Quantum’s website, submitting a contact form, or using the services we provide, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

For software implementation or licensing projects, a separate written agreement (contract, SOW, NDA, or SLA) may apply and prevail over these general terms to the extent of any conflict.

Quantum develops and provides AI-based software solutions and operational platforms for business organizations (B2B), end users (B2C), and government institutions (B2G). Information on the website is informational and does not automatically constitute a binding offer unless stated in writing.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information on inquiry forms or communications.
• Not misuse the website for illegal activity or to harm others.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or restricted areas.
• Not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit Quantum content/products beyond written permission.

Early discussions may involve sensitive information about your organization. Quantum treats such information as confidential and will not disclose it to unrelated parties, except when:

• Required to prepare a solution proposal for you.
• Authorized by you in writing.
• Required by applicable law.

For formal projects, the parties may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that sets out mutual confidentiality obligations in more detail.

All brands, logos, designs, documentation, source code, AI models, and other materials owned by Quantum remain the property of Quantum or the relevant licensors, unless otherwise specified in a project contract.

Business data and content you provide remain yours. Quantum obtains a limited right to process such data solely to deliver the agreed services.

Demos, prototypes, cost estimates, and timelines shared at an early stage are indicative. Final scope, pricing, schedule, and service commitments apply only after a written agreement is signed by authorized parties.

An inquiry through the website does not create an obligation for Quantum to accept a project or guarantee capacity availability for a given period.

• B2B: services are directed to organizations and are subject to each client’s enterprise contract terms.
• B2C: where a product involves end users, product-specific terms and the application privacy policy may apply in addition.
• B2G: government projects may follow procurement, security, audit, and confidentiality requirements set by the relevant institution.

To the extent permitted by law, Quantum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or information on it. For paid services, liability limits are governed by the applicable service agreement.

The website may contain links to third-party services. Quantum does not control and is not responsible for those parties’ content or policies.

We strive to keep the website and information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Quantum may update content, products, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be pursued through amicable discussion; if unresolved, they will be settled before the competent forum in Jakarta, unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
